2005-07-26 - Maurizio Iacono, frontman of Canadian hyperblasters KATAKLYSM has send us the following update regarding the work on the new album &raquo;In the Arms of Devastation&laquo;, tentatively due before the end of the year.<br><br>&quot;Hey guys! Little update for you all regarding the new album. I received a call today from our producer/guitarist J-F informing me that the drums are almost all done and they sound monsterous!.Max once again has done a killer job and put alot of feel into the songs. Were going less mechanical and more organic on this album, the brutality most be felt the right way.<br><br>And yes, the rumors are true: We will have Morgan Lander from KITTIE doing a guest appearance on the new album. For some people this must feel like a weird combination, but rest assured that I will turn Morgan from an angel to demon and she will be spitting fire under our wings!
